Welcome to Rilek8! These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our game and any related services. By playing Rilek8, you agree to be bound by these terms. Your Agreement Your use of Rilek8 signifies your acceptance of these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this agreement. This agreement remains in effect for the entire duration of your use of the game. 2. Content and Intellectual Property The game, including all art, graphics, characters, and design (excluding third-party licensed content), is owned and copyrighted by us. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to play the game for your entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or transfer any part of the game without our prior written permission. We are not responsible for content, including licensed in-game items, that is created by third parties not employed by us. Additionally, we are not liable for any ads that may appear in the game due to errors or malicious software on your device. 3. Disclaimers and 'AS IS' Use Rilek8 is provided to you on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We make no guarantees or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the game will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not guarantee that the game will be free from viruses or other harmful components. 4. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, under no circumstances will Rilek8, its affiliates, or its and their respective owners, directors, employees, advertisers, suppliers, content providers, and licensors (collectively, the 'Rilek8 Parties') be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the game. This applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. If we are found to be liable for any loss or damage related to Rilek8, our total liability will not exceed any subscription fees (if any) you paid to us. Your only remedy under this agreement is as explicitly stated here. 5. Your Responsibilities You agree to use Rilek8 in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You also agree to indemnify and hold the Rilek8 Parties harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party because of or arising out of your use of the game. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the game at our sole discretion if we believe your use violates these Terms of Use or infringes on another person's rights. 6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Singapore, excluding its conflicts of law principles. Any dispute (except for intellectual property claims and small claims court disputes) will be resolved through arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ('SIAC') in Singapore, in accordance with its SIAC Arbitration Rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis, and no class action lawsuits may be pursued or maintained. 7. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms of Use at any time. When we do, the revised terms will be posted here. Your continued use of Rilek8 after any changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
